- 1 cup Ice/Water
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Powdered Monkfruit Blend Sweetener
- 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
Instructions
- To a blender, add ice, water, heavy cream, sweetener and flavoring. You can use any flavoring - either 1 dropperful of concentrated flavor drops or 1/2 teaspoon of flavor extract.
- Blend milkshake until smooth and pour into a glass.
