  • 1 cup Ice/Water
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Monkfruit Blend Sweetener
  • 3 tbsp Heavy Cream

Instructions
 

  • To a blender, add ice, water, heavy cream, sweetener and flavoring. You can use any flavoring - either 1 dropperful of concentrated flavor drops or 1/2 teaspoon of flavor extract.
  • Blend milkshake until smooth and pour into a glass.
