Shrimp Avocado salad recipe

Ingredients
- 4 Cooked shrimp
- 16 oz Diced avocado
- 2 Chopped cilantro
- ½ cup Chopped persely
- ¼ Shalot, avocado oil, lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare your shrimp by cooking in a skillet over a medium heat, season your raw shrimp with salt and pepper
- Sear your shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side, using 1 table spoon of avocado oil. once fully cooked, transfer to a plate to cool completely
- Chop cilantro and parsely, mince the shalot and dice the avocado. combine all ingredient in a bowl and add the lemon juice. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
- Divide the shrimp and avocado into 4 different containers. cover and refrigerate
- Evenly divide the shrimp and avocado mix into four different containers and refrigerate while covered
