Ingredients
- 1 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 4 bacon slices, chopped
- 4 ounces smoked salmon, chopped/ounces shrimp, deveined
- ½ cups coconut cream
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
Instructions
- Heat up a pan over medium heat, add bacon, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and coconut cream, stir, cook for 1 minute,take off heat and divide between plates.
