Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- ½ cup Sour Cream or Creme Fraiche
- 8 oz Smoked Salmon
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half and remove the pit
- Place a dollop of sour cream or creme fraiche in the hollow of the avocado and place the smoked salmon on top.
- Season to taste with salt & pepper and squeeze lemon juice for extra flavor
