Ingredients
- 4 Medium bell pepper
- 4 Chicken breast
- 2 pounds Romain lettuce, Avocado
- 1 tsp each Olive oil, butter,
Instructions
- In a resealable small jar, combine all the ingredients for the seasosning, seal, shake well and keep aside
- Slice the onion and bell pepper, Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large pan over medium heat, add the onion and allow to cook for 5 minutes, add pepper and seasoning and allow to soften
- Melt remaining 1 table spoon of butter on the same skillet and brown the chicken for 6 minutes or until cooked
- Arrange the lettuce in a large salad bowl, top with chicken and bell pepper. add sliced avocado, lime wedge and toopingsof choice
