Ingredients
  

  • ½ Avocado, Peeled and Seeded
  • ½ cup Mixed Berries, Frozen or Fresh
  • 2 handfull Spinach Leaves
  • ½ cup Macadamia Nut Milk
  • 1-2 tbsp Monkfruit sweetener, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add avocado, berries, spinach leaves, nut milk and sweetener if using to a food processor or blender.
  • Pulse or blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a serving bowl and top with your favourite nuts, seeds, coconut shreds or more berries.
