Hard Boiled Egg Sandwich
Not your normal devilled eggs. devilled eggs need not be boring.

Ingredients
- 8 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 8 Sliced Bell Pepper
- 1 Sliced Avocado
- ½ Feta cut into small Cubes
- 2 ounces Lemon Juice, Chives and toothpick
Instructions
- Place eggs in a large sauce pan and cover with one inch of water.
- Bring water to a boil and simmer for 12 minutes, drain the eggs from hot water and immerse into a bowl of ice water.
- Gather the rest of your ingredients, remove the yolksand prepare yolk as fillings by cutting the eggs in halves.
- Lay on your slider fillings on one half of the egg, the secure the top half with a tooth pick. squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the bites and top with chives to finish.
Notes
Although we choose to make this a quick recipe, you can remove the yolk and make this a classic devilled eggs recipe
