Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices of Bacon
  • 4 Hard boiled eggs
  • 4 Cracker-sized slices of cheddar cheese
  • ¼ tsps Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prep your ingredients by cooking and cutting your bacon into 8 pieces (2 pieces per egg), arrange 4 slices of cheddar (1 per egg), and slice 4 hard-boiled eggs in half.
  • Sandwich 2 pieces of chopped bacon and 1 piece of cheese between 2 egg halves, and secure the bites together with a toothpick
  • Sprinkle a small pinch each of salt and pepper over the top of each egg bite.
  • Divide cheese, bacon, and onions in the muffin tin. Pour eggs over the top
  • Bake 20-25 minutes or until set
