Feta Omelette

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1 ounce Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Jarred Pesto
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix eggs with heavy cream, salt and pepper and whisk well.
- Heat up a pan with the ghee over medium high heat, add whisked eggs, spread into the pan and cook your omelette until it’s fluffy.
- Sprinkle cheese and spread pesto on your omelette, fold in half, cover pan and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Transfer omelette to a plate and serve.
