Ingredients
- 6 Egg yolks
- 2 tbsp/pinch Coconut aminos /salt
- 1 ½ pound mushroom
- ¾ cup coconut flour
- 1 pound beef, grounded
Instructions
- In your food processor, mix mushrooms with salt, coconut aminos and egg yolks and blend well
- In a bowl, mix beef meat with some salt and stir.
- Add mushroom mix to beef and stir every thing ,Add coconut flour and stir again.
- Divide this into 13 cupcake cups, introduce in the oven at 350 degrees f and bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve them for lunch!
