Ingredients
  

  • 6 Egg yolks
  • 2 tbsp/pinch Coconut aminos /salt
  • 1 ½ pound mushroom
  • ¾ cup coconut flour
  • 1 pound beef, grounded

Instructions
 

  • In your food processor, mix mushrooms with salt, coconut aminos and egg yolks and blend well
  • In a bowl, mix beef meat with some salt and stir.
  • Add mushroom mix to beef and stir every thing ,Add coconut flour and stir again.
  • Divide this into 13 cupcake cups, introduce in the oven at 350 degrees f and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Serve them for lunch!
