Ingredients
- 8 Cubed chcken
- 16 oz Paleo mayo
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar, Apricot
- 2 tbsp each Chopped scallion, curry powder
- 2 tbsp Shredded carrot, salt and pepper
Instructions
- Chop the chicken into bite size pieces and add to a large mixing bowl
- Chop scallion and add to bowl
- Add carrots and raisin
- In a seperate bowl, toss together mayo, apricot vinegar and curry powder and mix to evenly blend
- Enjoy
