Ingredients
- 3 Cucumbers Thinly Sliced
- 1 Small Red Onion Sliced
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsps Fresh Chopped Chives
Instructions
- Combine cucumber and red onion in a medium bowl
- In a small bowl, combine ½ cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and chopped chives. Mix well to combine
- Stir the dressing into the cucumber and red onion. Add salt & pepper (optional) to taste just before serving.
