Cauliflower fried rice
This cauliflower fried rice is super tasty and really good for you

Ingredients
- 4 Cauliflower
- 1 head Scallions
- 1 bunch Carrot, frozen peas
- 3,2 each Soy sauce, Rice vinegar
- 3,2 tbsp Sriracha
Instructions
- In a medium size bowl, shredd the salmon using your hand, mix in 1/2 of the panko bread crumbs and rest the ingredients
- Divide the mixture into 4 even cakes and pat with the remaining panko bread crumbs to make a crust
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and add oil, cook the cakes for 2 to 3 minutes on each side to give a golden brown colour
- Serve these salmon cakes up in a variety of ways
