This cauliflower fried rice is super tasty and really good for you

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cauliflower
  • 1 head Scallions
  • 1 bunch Carrot, frozen peas
  • 3,2 each Soy sauce, Rice vinegar
  • 3,2 tbsp Sriracha

Instructions
 

  • In a medium size bowl, shredd the salmon using your hand, mix in 1/2 of the panko bread crumbs and rest the ingredients
  • Divide the mixture into 4 even cakes and pat with the remaining panko bread crumbs to make a crust
  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and add oil, cook the cakes for 2 to 3 minutes on each side to give a golden brown colour
  • Serve these salmon cakes up in a variety of ways
