Breakfast Casserole
This healthy Keto Breakfast Casserole is prepared with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 8 Cracked Eggs
- 1 dozen Yeast
- 2 tbsp Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, Salt to taste
- ½ cup Cooked Bacon and Roasted Broccoli
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F, prepare your broccoli and cheese to add in.
- In a medium sized bowl, blend together the eggs, yeast, cottage and Parmesan cheese with a pinch of salt and pepper and whisk.
- Use a spatula to fold in the bacon, Broccoli and chopped parsley. spray your baking dish with oil and pour your casserole mixture.
- Place your breakfast in the warm oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes untill the eggs are set.
- If you see your casserole starting to bubble up like pizza dough, this is a sign it is done. remove it and allow it to cool.
Notes
Cool the casserole down completely before portioning. If your oven a convention option, you may need just 20 minutes of cooking.
