  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice/ Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Cilantro,. Onion. diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your vegetables and fruit. Chop up avocado, dice onion, slice cucumber, rough chop the cilantro.
  • Add to a serving bowl.
  • Combine the ingredients for the dressing - Mix well.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
  • Mix until evenly coated.
