Sheet Pan Sausage and Eggs

Ingredients
- 8 Whole Cracked Eggs
- 10 Egg Whites
- 1 cup Milk, Full Fat Cream
- ⅓ cup Coconut Oil, Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Caraway Seed, Sausage Link
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F, and crack eggs into the blender, add all the ingredients into the blender and blend for 20 to 30 seconds.
- Generously spray the bottom of the sheet pan with oil, add parchment paper and spray again for the second time.
- Slice the sausage links into half moon and keep aside, pour the egg into the pan, add sliced sausage and bake for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, test the egg by inserting fork or toothpick,if the fork comes out clean, then its done. if not, allow it for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Bring out of the oven and allow it to cool, portion into squares and transfer it to a container.
Notes
A neat little trick, is to flip the sheet pan upside down on a cutting board after its cooled down and remove it from the pan.
