Ingredients
- 1 Hamp Seed Hulled
- 3 spoons Grounded Flex Seed
- 1 tbsp Coconut Milk
- ½ cup Chia Seed and Honey
- 1 ½ (1/2) tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Gather and measure all the ingredients you will be using to make your low carb oatmeal.
- Stir all the ingredients together in a sauce pan and add any additional flavours and stir until smooth.
- Heat the oatmeal on a medium heat and stir occassionally until thickened to a porridge consistency for 6 to 10 minutes.
- Once you reach the desired consistency, you can remove the oatmeal from the heat and portion it into your containers or bowls and enjoy immediately.
