Roasted Spiced Nut
These roasted spiced nuts, are an incredibly delicious and simple recipe

Ingredients
- 17 Almond,Cashew
- 1 cup each Egg Whites
- 2 Melted Butter, Chile Powder
- 2 tbsp each Maple Syrup
- ¼ Cinnamon, Cayyen pepper, Nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F, measure cashew and almond and roast for 6 minutes, in a separate bowl, whisk egg white to soft peak
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan. pour melted butter first, followed by maple syrup and Chile, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, kosher salt
- Slowly add the whipped egg into the bowl, gently folding in with a rubber spatula gently
- Transfer now seasoned nut to a lined baking sheet and spread out evenly
- Bake nuts for 16 minutes. set a timer for 8 minute and rotate each time its 8 minutes. reove from oven and let it cool

The recipe makes 17 servings. Portion into 1oz ramekin container or small individual meal prep. container
