Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cooked shrimp
  • 16 oz Diced avocado
  • 2 Chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup Chopped persely
  • ¼ Shalot, avocado oil, lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your shrimp by cooking in a skillet over a medium heat, season your raw shrimp with salt and pepper
  • Sear your shrimp 2 to 3 minutes per side, using 1 table spoon of avocado oil. once fully cooked, transfer to a plate to cool completely
  • Chop cilantro and parsely, mince the shalot and dice the avocado. combine all ingredient in a bowl and add the lemon juice. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
  • Divide the shrimp and avocado into 4 different containers. cover and refrigerate
  • Evenly divide the shrimp and avocado mix into four different containers and refrigerate while covered
