Ingredients
  

  • 2 Full Racks of Baby Back Ribs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil, divided
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Dry Rub
  • ½ cup Keto BBQ Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Line a large sheet pan with aluminium foil. Preheat oven to 275F and move rack to middle position.
  • Season ribs with salt & pepper. Then, message dry rub into the ribs, on both sides.
  • Cover ribs with foil and cook for 2 - 2.5 hours, or until fork slides easily between ribs.
  • Turn on broiler. Remove foil and slather ribs with BBQ sauce. Place ribs under broiler for 3-5 minutes or until sauce begins to darken in spots.
