Ingredients
- 2 large avocados
- ½ cup large lemon squeezed
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 4 keto bread
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add avocado and mash every well, until mostly smooth.
- Add in the juice of the lemon and spices and mix until combined
- Toast your slices of keto bread
- Distribute the avocado mixture amongst the toast and serve immediately
- For a kick, add red chili pepper flakes on top
