  • ½ tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 oz Baby Spinach
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Crack your eggs straight into the pan. Cook the way you prefer. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with baby spinach and a dallop of mayonnaise.
