- 2 Large Eggs
- ½ tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 oz Baby Spinach
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Crack your eggs straight into the pan. Cook the way you prefer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with baby spinach and a dallop of mayonnaise.
