Ingredients
- 2 Slices of Bacon
- 4 Hard boiled eggs
- 4 Cracker-sized slices of cheddar cheese
- ¼ tsps Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by cooking and cutting your bacon into 8 pieces (2 pieces per egg), arrange 4 slices of cheddar (1 per egg), and slice 4 hard-boiled eggs in half.
- Sandwich 2 pieces of chopped bacon and 1 piece of cheese between 2 egg halves, and secure the bites together with a toothpick
- Sprinkle a small pinch each of salt and pepper over the top of each egg bite.
- Divide cheese, bacon, and onions in the muffin tin. Pour eggs over the top
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until set
