Ingredients
  

  • 2 Avocados
  • ½ cup Sour Cream or Creme Fraiche
  • 8 oz Smoked Salmon
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocados in half and remove the pit
  • Place a dollop of sour cream or creme fraiche in the hollow of the avocado and place the smoked salmon on top.
  • Season to taste with salt & pepper and squeeze lemon juice for extra flavor
