  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

  • Cut up avocado and place in bowl. Mash.
  • Slice up hard boiled eggs. Add to avocado bowl
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
