- 1 Ripe Avacado
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Cut up avocado and place in bowl. Mash.
- Slice up hard boiled eggs. Add to avocado bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
