This slow-cooker chili is the perfect meal for a busy day. The fresh cilantro will add a great burst of flavor and give your body the vitamin A it needs. The Keto Biscuits on page 82 go great with this dish.
1. Place all ingredients, except the toppings, into a slow cooker in the order given.2. Stir, cover and set the slow cooker to high. Cook for about 6 hours, or until the steak is tender.3. Use a fork to shred some of the steak cubes and break up any tomatoes that remain intact.4. Serve the chili hot in bowls with any desired toppings.
